Guides

The Paper Self-Perception Questionnaires & Guide combines the Paper Self-Perception SOCIAL STYLES Questionnaire and the Versatility Questionnaire to measure a persons SOCIAL STYLES and Versatility using short , self-completed paper questionnaires and includes a resource guide to explain SOCIAL STYLES concepts and put them to work.

The Self-Perception Admin Kit/Facilitator Guide is a single resource to enable trainers and facilitators to quickly teach SOCIAL STYLES class. It provides relevant SOCIAL STYLES background, information about the SOCIAL STYLES Self-Perception Guide and recommended course content for two-hour and four-hour training courses.

The Improving Personal Effectiveness with Versatility Applications Guide is a thorough reference Guide allowing participants to take the concepts of SOCIAL STYLES & Versatility to another level. It provides specific guidance regarding Actions Toward Others, Best Use of Time, and Customary Approach to Decision Making for each SOCIAL STYLES, Throughout the guide, participants will also find specific action steps to take that are highly relevant to today’s workplace.

Achieving Higher Versatility is a new hands-on guide to understanding and improving personal Versatility. Research shows that Versatility skills directly relate to successful business performance. Courses

The Introduction to SOCIAL STYLES is a half-day course that covers the key concepts of SOCIAL STYLES & Versatility. This class teaches the basics of understanding one’s own behavior and recognizing and working with the behaviors of others. The class instructor leads participants through a series of exercises, video vignettes and facilitated discussion to develop an understanding of how to achieve better relationships, thus increasing workplace productivity.

The Understanding and Managing Behavioral Differences is a one-day course that provides the fundamentals included in the Introduction to SOCIAL STYLES course and then delves deeper into working relationships and the factors that contribute to productivity, morale and effective communication. Participants will leave class not only knowing how others see their behavior and how to identify the SOCIAL STYLES of others, but also with concrete tools to modify their own behaviors to create more positive and productive relationships.

The PRODUCING RESULTS WITH OTHERS, a two-day course, is Our Team’s most thorough and interactive program for a Universal Audience. During the first day, participants learn the fundamentals of SOCIAL STYLES as well as work through exercises and techniques to properly apply the SOCIAL STYLES Model™ to workplace situations. The first day focuses on knowing yourself, controlling yourself, knowing others and doing something for others. The second day of this course concentrates on the Versatility component of workplace interactions. Participants learn their Versatility scores and the various behaviors that make up each of the four components of the score. Armed with the conceptual knowledge, the course works through how to increase Versatility, which has been proven to be an important factor in workplace success.

The PRODUCING RESULTS WITH OTHERS – Blended Course is an in-depth conceptual and practical program to increase the workplace productivity, efficiency and morale of employees. This program provides all of the material normally covered in a two-day class but captures one day’s worth of materials on a self-study CD-ROM. Participants can learn the fundamentals of SOCIAL STYLES from the convenience of their own computers in an atmosphere conducive to their learning style. This allows participants to re-review material that they didn’t initially understand and also to go at their own pace. After completing the self-paced portion of the program, participants complete a one-day classroom training that includes exercises and highly interactive discussions that allow them to apply their conceptual knowledge to real-life experiences both through the SOCIAL STYLES Model as well as the model for Versatility.

Assessments and Profile Reports

Our Team offers SOCIAL STYLES assessments for a universal audience. These assessments are available in self-perception or multi-rater form. The Self-Perception SOCIAL STYLES & Versatility Profile uses a self-completed online questionnaire to measure a person’s own view of his or her SOCIAL STYLES and Versatility. An electronic profile is immediately generated that explains the results and provides guidance about effectively applying SOCIAL STYLES.

The Multi-Rater SOCIAL STYLES & Versatility Profile measures SOCIAL STYLES and Versatility using an online, multi-rater questionnaire completed by the participant and a selection of co-workers or colleagues.  The Multi-Rater SOCIAL STYLES & Enhanced Versatility Profile provides the most comprehensive picture of a person’s SOCIAL STYLES and Versatility using an online, multi-rater questionnaire. It is completed by the participant and a selection of co-workers or colleagues and provides a detailed report of the four components of Versatility – Image, Presentation, Competence and Feedback.  The Multi-Rater Adjective Checklist Profile uses the original Adjective Checklist Instrument to determine SOCIAL STYLES & Versatility.
